How Do I "Change My Life"? Some Spiritual Coaching
Transcript
Irish eyes are smiling. Notice how you change your thinking based on the celebration at hand? Why not create a personal celebration each day and start living your life abundantly?
A St. Patrick’s Day message from my Spirit Teacher, Nathanial.
OpEd: Everyone’s Irish today. And why not? It’s fun to step outside our normal lives for short whiles. But why the heck go back to your “normal” life?
For many people, they put their problems, concerns and issues on hold today knowing they will be there for them tomorrow. Many will have a hangover to accompany their existing problems, but that’s part of the fun as well. Isn’t it?
Imagine that tonight you go to sleep and somehow during the night, one of the Irish blessings you changed the circumstances of your life. Your biggest dream has come true overnight, but you don’t know it. How would your world be different? Let’s pretend for a short while. What? Pretend? You? Are you really Irish?
The answer to the question:
How do I “Change My Life”?
Imagine how your day will be different with your biggest dream fulfilled. What happens at work? At home? When you chat with your best friend? Allow yourself to truly experience how the world responds to you when your dream has happened? What will you do differently when the world responds to you as this future self with the dream fulfilled?
It’s like Marty McFly returning after his journey to the future not knowing how things had changed…
There is the important part. You can pretend this anytime you choose. Just like you really are Irish on St. Patty’s Day. I’m not talking about faking it until you make it, but rather simply relating to yourself and your surroundings as though you have attained what you want to bring about.
To ground this in reality, on a scale of 1 to 10, how close are you to your dream being fulfilled? Now, what do you have to do to move it one number closer? That’s your job the until you get there.
Enjoy the journey, for there is indeed an abundant life at the end of the rainbow that is your dream.
