Today’s OpED: Being at one with the natural flow of life. Sunrise, sunset, the seasons, rest, hunger, take what you need and use what you take. Love, appreciation, awareness, protection, survival all within this flow allows a level of consciousness lost on many in our modern society. Look closely at your life, actions, mental state are they congruent with the flow of nature. Are your concerns the concerns of the universe in which we live. Are your concerns spiritual in nature? Choose wisely.
