A message from my Spirit Teacher, Gene.

OpEd: There comes a time in each person’s life when they question everything about their existence. This moment is as certain as the seasons. The answers you discover during the crisis in reality lead to enlightenment or more of the same. Learn to accept and embrace these moments just as you do the seasons. Beauty lies within the changes when accepted as a natural part of living life.

As we explore what it is we believe and whether that belief still serves us, we consciously choose what we allow our minds to engage in thinking. In doing so, we consciously choose to shape our destiny, our future and more importantly our present moment.
