Journaling your progress
Thank your for taking my comments. As you know there are only three questions which matter and knowing their answers makes for a most enjoyable life. When you worry, fear and distress over your daily existance your natural psychic and intuitive knowing is blocked. Meditation and journallling are the remedy. Meditation quiets your mind and restores your body. A mind in control eliminates fear. Journaling allows you to see your progress and identify areas where your thoughts do not serve you. Make your plans, record your dreams, write your fears and worries then review them from time to time noticing what has changed for the better and what has stayed the same.
