This entity (Rev Terry) wants to know how to manage and eliminate stress from his life. Indeed stress is part of every human existence. The problem is you’re not being present in this moment managing the stresses occurring right now. You’re most often mentally revisiting the past or worrying about the future which is imagined stress. To manage these stresses the solution is quite simple, live in the moment. Living in the moment is a matter of mental control and discipline. There is a saying to “think about what you will think about”. When mastered your mind will appropriately manage the stresses of the moment which is unavoidable. My highest blessings.
