Stop what you are doing. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Stop thinking. Listen to your heart. Feel your aliveness. Accept your beauty.
Now that you are present, take 1 minute to see where you really are in relationship to where you want to be then take the next appropriate step toward that end. When you’re done… Repeat.
