What is meant by “physician heal thyself“? It simply means practice what you preach or walk your talk. There are too many “experts” who are eager to offer advice, often for hefty fees who do not practice that which they preach. In some cases the “experts” do not even believe that which they preach. Look closely at the advice you give others, do you follow your own advice? If not, start by doing so and see where you find yourself next Christmas Season.
