THe Buddhists have a practice centered around the 3-Rs. Right Meditation. Right Thought. Right Action. Each component is essential to having the life you want. But what comes first, the meditation or the action? This is a profound koan. Meditation requires action but most are too busy to meditate. This is where right thinking comes in. By practicing right thought you will know whether your next action should be to meditate or something else.
