OpEd: Mind screwing is a natural part of our Spiritual and Psychic Development. It’s our rational mind’s way of doing business and gets things done. It started when we were small and learned by mimicking those around us. Certain behaviors we rewarded while others were ignored and still others punished. Each action and reaction mapped our perception of the world we live in.

This learning process continues until this day and if you’re alive and reading this message, it’s worked out for you. However, once we begin to consciously control our minds and expand our awareness beyond what our rational minds know to be true, we have to unlearn and relearn so much. This process of pushing the boundaries of what our rational mind knows, sees and comprehends tends to confront the very mechanism that has severed us so well during our lives.

By continually practicing verifiable skills we begin to remap the rational minds wiring to include a new way to thinking, seeing and experiencing this world in which we live. Awareness transcends reason and you encounter fewer obstacles along your path. You begin living the life you want.
