The one thought that keeps you stuck in unhappiness
- How much time do you spend daily on that which you loathe? Is it necessary?
- Do you spend time with people you loathe? Is that necessary?
- Do you loathe yourself? Is that necessary?
So many times we mark time in a fantasy world where it’s safe, comfortable and boring when a thought away is a world some would call the Garden of Eden filled with all manner of joy and happiness. The difficulty for most people is seeing how close they are and being powerless to change that thought. Meditation, Contemplation and Awareness are essential to changing that one thought that keeps you stuck in a life of unhappiness.
