But I Don't Have Time For This Today by A San Diego Psychic
Accepting disturbing information into your awareness is upsetting. Look closely at why you’re upset. Is the information upsetting or what you have to do based on the information? Most likely the latter.
A message from my Spirit Teacher, Nathanial.
OpEd: As a psychic medium, I’m typically involved with helping others with walking their paths with harmony and awareness. This time the information I didn’t expect or want to hear was about me and my life. It’s been many years since I perceived information out of nowhere that I didn’t like and certainly was not expecting.
As I processes the information, I realized how upset I was. But the information wasn’t all that bad but yet, I was upset. My rational mind started doing its thing to figure out if my intuitive sense of things was accurate. My mind actively engaged in the process of solving the problem figuring out what my course of action had to be. Then I caught myself. I noticed the upset occurred because of the course of action I needed to take and not the information itself.
The actions, which I’ve already have set in motion are not unexpected and nothing extraordinary. In fact, it’s something I have been delaying for quite some while. The intuition and subsequent verification with my Spirit Teachers triggered that part of me that knew I should have taken care of these months ago when the issue came up. Being forewarned, I have to take action quickly.
As I look back at all the times in my life that I got upset by some intuition or knowing, it was the required actions that caused my upset. In business, relationships, romance or our health we each get inconvenient knowings from time to time. What we choose to do with that information is karma and will be either good or bad.
When you receive information you’re not comfortable with, it’s time to practice the 3Rs. Right Meditation. Right Thought. Right Action. The most important of which is Right Meditation that serves to calm the emotions allowing us to see things as they are…
Remember it’s best to begin a meditation practice before you need it.
