Spirit Shorts Episode 93: Spiritual Principles
There are many spiritual principles of which, rebirth is the foundation. At the heart of rebirth is forgiveness that lays the foundation for a new life.
Each of are here to learn lessons. Typically 2 or 3 experiences or understandings about love, relationships or ways of thinking that separate us from being reconnected with the order of the Universe.
Our lessons are centered around the giving and receiving of love, for the most part. Another way to look at love is harmony. Living a harmonious life with ourselves and in coexistence with our environment.
As we look at Nathanial’s message for the day, we see he talks about the cycle of the seasons. Spring is the time for birth, planting, regrowth, and regeneration. Our corner of the earth comes back to life after the dormancy of the winter season.
Spring is a time of hope, possibilities and to plant seeds for a bountiful harvest. It’s also a time of great superstition and uncertainty. Will the work required today come to fruition? What can we do to ensure a bountiful harvest?
Begin with forgiveness. For the most part, all you can control in your life exists within your awareness. Within your mind. I say this knowing that it is our mind that controls our actions. Also knowing that our minds can perceive the foreshadow cast before future events.
It’s through forgiveness we can be fully present, here, now, in this moment. During this season of renewal, give yourself the gift of forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others. Forgiveness is among the foundational spiritual principles that contribute to your perfection. Allow new growth to be your focus rather than past transgressions.
