Most know the back of their hand better than their minds. Change this. For indeed, knowing your mind, its nuances and ways is the direct path to what you want in each area of your life.

A message from my Spirit Teacher, Gene.

Spirit Shorts: Spiritual Wellness

Spiritual wellness begins with learning to control our mind. As Gene’s message mentions, our mind has many nuances and ways of working which when understood allow us to bring about results we want in each area of our life.

A quick definition of spiritual wellness is harmony.

For me, spiritual wellness is more than simply balance or wellbeing. It’s consciously choosing then taking each of our next steps in life toward the destination or goal of our choosing.

The giving and receiving of love is a major reason we reincarnate. As animals, learning to love ourselves, others, and our enemies is a different experience. Our physical bodies have evolved to survive to procreate. Transcending these most primative animal instincts is part of our spiritual evolution.

spiritual wellness. Most know the back of their hand better than their minds. Change this. For indeed, knowing your mind, its nuances and ways is the direct path to what you want in each area of your life. Our thoughts are things; they are real and precede our ever action and accomplishment. The nuances of our thinking, conscious thoughts, subconscious thoughts and unconscious thoughts is essential to developing our spiritual wellness.

Our spiritual well-being isn’t related directly to our physical wellness. One may possess a high level of spiritual wellness in a very sickly body. However, physical health most certainly has a mental component.

And so it is in each major area of our life. We want to bring about specific results. To bring them about requires a mental intention and physical action. Or said differently Right Thought and Right Action.
