A message from my Joy Guide, Christopher.

OpEd: Out of the mouths of babes. Today’s message from Christopher strikes home. What the hell are we makes us do afraid? As we grow up the life becomes more and more a burden. Why is that?

Allow yourself to see life as through the eyes of a child. Simple. Safe. A game. And why not? It’s simple, we haven’t transcended the delusions of the outward senses. We live as though everything is preordained and predestined for us. Well, it is. Your life was mapped out by a young child in response to a young child’s perception and understanding of the world.

As a grown-up, you have many choices but choose to live by some stupid rules in life. While each choice has consequences, you have choices. There in lies the problem, too many choices. The parts of our childhood, we should have left behind are unconsciously running the show. We’re like a kid in a candy store, you know that one with hundreds of bins of candy with only $0.50 to make a purchase. We can’t decide how to use our resources that we believe are finite.

We live as though our energy, money, love, health and intelligence are limited and that we have or can have only so much. Here in lies the enemy in our minds. A child believes what only what taught about the availability of resources. It’s not until we learn to recondition, properly train and control of our mind that we see the only limits to our resources are our beliefs.
