Alas it is true that the life that you hold as so sacred is a mere passing of a ship in the ocean of time. It is important to stop, reflect and make peace with yourself. The suffering that is life is simply a matter of your mind running amuck and uncontrolled. Learn to control your thoughts and you will indeed learn to control your life. The image of a still mind is like the image of a still pond reflecting perfectly the surroundings. This holiday season, give yourself the gift of silence. Show those around you that you love them and that you care. My highest blessings.
