Trust Yourself, You know more anyway
Learning to trust oneself is often most difficult, especially when you are affected by the effects of fear. Mastery of the 3-Rs is the way to know who you are and then learn to trust that person. You may be most impressed with whom you discover. From Nathanial
OpEd from Rev Terry Hall: This morning after my meditation, I was in a quiet, calm space contemplating the day ahead of me. As I sat considering all that has to be done and should be done and really needs to be done, I was confused by what is my best next step. An uncomfortable feeling came over me as I considered the consequences of making the wrong choice. As I noticed my fear, I realized that I was not fully present and seeing things as they are, but as I feared they might be. I quieted my mind and rethought through the days activities.
This process describes the first 2 of the 3-Rs. Right Meditation & Right Thought. It’s up to me to now take Right Actions during my day. As we begin to master consciously choosing our thoughts, our actions become more effective yielding more predictable results.
