There is an old wives tale that if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it. This is true in many areas of your physical existence as well as your mental faculties. Rigorous exercise is needed to maintain both your physical and mental well-being. To understand this, simply look at those around you who are older, is their condition consistent with their age? As with everything, the choice is yours.
